He has worked in Africa, the Middle East, United Kingdom, France,mainland Spain, the Balearic and Canary Islands, the Algarve in Portugal and Cyprus.

His characters are drawn from people he met during his travels.

His hobbies are collecting food menus, writing, swimming, walking and cooking.

He is a dog and cat lover.
